The Power One Word Can Make
2020 is off to the races!! What magnificent goals and aspirations have you dreamt up so far?
Have you ever tried picking a word of the year? I started making this a tradition a few years back, starting in 2018. It was my attempt at staying present and mindful of my intentions for the year.
Guess what? It actually worked! I put my word at the center of my vision board and looked at it EVERY DAY! Looking back, I’m amazed at the power of this seemingly small bit of action.
My first word of the year, was the word FREE. I chose this to symbolize being FREE from Fear. FREE To Grow, FREE to Dream, FREE to Let go. 2018 was a massive year of personal growth for me, which led to some serious FREEDOM!
In 2019, the word HEART resonated with me. I wanted to be intentional with all my decisions to ensure I brought heart and integrity to all my personal and professional moves. I believe this is a key factor to me doubling my business growth last year. Operating in love remains a leading motivation for me.
This year, I have chosen the word EMPOWER. I’m SOOO excited about this word because it represents a choice to empower myself and others.
